  • OSHA announced today, Tuesday January 25th, that it will no longer require large companies to have their employees get vaccinated or tested for COVID-19.

  • This will apply to all large companies with 100 or more employees.

  • Tomorrow, the emergency temporary standard will be officially withdrawn.

  • This reversal is on the heels of the Supreme Court’s decision earlier this month to block the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for large business.
